Something I forgot to talk about this academic year is storyboarding. Storyboarding allows for a rough idea of a shot or piece of cinematography to be made - with playboarding allowing for gameplay.
A good start of getting a good storyboard comes from the script. Taking the script and making it a visual medium is a vital part of the development process, allowing for an easier transition between it and composing the scene. Using this script, here's what I came up with - three different possible shots.
